Hi Valerie, thanks for your review. Kindly remember that you booked for French and when you came in you changed and asked for color instead. Our prices are like that because we use the Nele product which is quite expensive, so when you book online, the app shows you the price before you confirm. We did our best and went an extra mile for you but we apologise for any dissatisfaction. We do run specials at times , so you can be on the lookout so that you don’t end up paying the full amount.
