I’m sorry this incident happened. I was trying to communicate with you and your son in general about things with first by asking him his name and what school which is he never told me , neither did you because you were on your phone. I asked both multiple times with no response until after the 3rd time. I would have told you that I was in school if you would have stayed around and conversate instead you chose to be on your phone once again sir. Then you gave your son a phone to keep him occupied while getting a haircut. I had to continually hold and keep his head up while he had it down. Also getting cut is part of getting a haircut, it happens. I went thru the proper procedures after that to make sure he was okay and he was. Once again Im sorry
