Dear Andrew, We're glad that the welcoming to the shop was warm. However, for the other issues today, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your recent visit to our barbershop. We acknowledge that our floors may have been a bit dirty due to the busyness of the day, and we regret not cleaning up as efficiently as we should have. Regarding the hydraulic pump issue on one of our chairs, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your appointment. We have been awaiting maintenance to come and fix it promptly.
