Extremely slow. I had a 1pm appointment and left at past 2:30. Sitting down in a chair for 1hr 1/2 is something I’ve never experienced while getting a... haircut. And it’s happened 3 times with Micah. Takes 1 hour for a basic drop fade where it felt like my head was turning into mush because he constantly go back and forth on it for an HOUR scalding my scalp causing my neck to hurt. I’ve gotten my hair cut 3 times by him and every time he’s unprepared. He’s pushed back my appointment by 2 hours before and is always taking phone calls. No consideration for clients time. Show more

I’m very sorry u feel that way. My clients are VERY importanty to me. I never use my cell phone once I start a cut, unless it's my son or an emergency. I will have to answer the shop phone from time to time but that is out of my control. If I came across as not respecting anyone's time, that is the last thing I wanted and I apologize. As far as the time for the cut, I do state on my booking site, I will take up to an hour per cut. You were scheduled for 1:00 and text me at 1:07 that you had just gotten there. I met you up front and we started the cut at 1:15. I am sorry I'm not a quick barber and for going over my normal time by 15 mins and causing you to leave at 2:30. I know my cutting time isn’t for everyone and I appreciate the business you did continue to give me and I'm sorry it didn't work out . I wish you luck with the next barber.
