I didn’t stay for my appointment because the Booksy app confirmed my appointment but the actual person who the app said confirmed it was not even ther...e when I arrived. I’m not sure if that was the app or a slip up on the business end but that was a huge inconvenience considering I traveled a good ways to get there. I’m giving a 4 star because even though the lash tech wasn’t there the receptionist was really nice, professional, and apologetic. Based on that alone I would return for another service. I just didn’t want anyone to make the same mistake that I did. Don’t fully rely on the app, if possible call ahead to confirm. Show more
