I kept your arches natural and did not push them back. As I talked to another barber who has been cutting hair 20+ years and saw nothing wrong with the haircut. As far as the beard I didn’t even touch the length all I did was fade the side of your beard like I do with every client I cut that has a beard. I never rush any haircuts never have and never will. You can ask any of my clients as they will say that I take my time to give the customer what they want to the best of my ability. I’m sorry that you were not pleased with your haircut and I even expressed that by not charging you. But for future reference when you sit in a barbers chair that you’ve never been to before make sure you specify everything exactly how you want it. Have a great day
