Jo was so attentive and took her time, despite personal emergencies that day, she never once made me feel like a b...urden or ignored me for a long time to tend to her emergency. Not to mention, her attention to detail, explaining the entire process and follow up questions, and taking a second attempt all within the same session to get the hair highlight color that I really wanted was above and beyond.
