Really talented artist! Best henna I’ve got and for a reasonable price. Was able to fit me in last minute which I appreciate. However, I would say no...t to use earphones during sessions as other clients may take it negatively. Show more

I wish price was specified prior to booking- since my design did not allude to the price she was asking for. Cancellation should have been noted with ...my deposit being non refundable, despite the request being 4 days in advance. Headphones were worn throughout my session, I’m not much of a talker but when desiring a service I like to be heard. If freehand is her specialty, she should have stated no instagram or copied designs because I felt like the design is super muddled - see pictures. Show more

Hello sister,The deposit/cancellation policy/prices are stated on my IG page & Booksy. you informed me you wanted to cancel the appointment you were unsure if you’d make it and I asked you two times for confirmation you are free to cancel but the deposit policy still applies. Before starting,I asked you what you wanted if you had pictures, inspo or If you would be okay with me freestyling etc. you chose to customize the design to your liking. I use black henna so after 1-2 days the access henna will come off & the beautiful black stain shows and reveals all the details. You also did not wait to let the henna completely dry causing the henna to smear the details. I do both freestyle & copies the red henna picture you showed me is actually a direct copy and paste by me
