Showed up 20 mins early for an appointment and sat in short hallway for an hour outside a locked door with no response to calls or knocks. Appointment... was booked 6 hours prior with plenty of time to cancel on me prior to my disappointing episode. Waited a whole day to see if I would get a follow up to reschedule but I suppose that was asking for too much. I’m sure the therapy is fantastic but I wasn’t lucky enough to experience it! Show more
