Lucas is the best! I am a long time client who just recently took a 3 ish month break from the gym due to some chronic health issues. In that time I w...as inactive and knew I needed to have Lucas assess my body. Within in minutes of meeting he was able to identify a problem area in my chest/ traps that I was completely unaware of. After just one session things improved a ton! I was able to get a deeper better stretch/contraction in my chest while working out, My posture improved and my whole sternum changed its position which allowed me to feel less discomfort sitting and even sleeping! The tempering work he did even changed the physical shape of my left pec making it appear more full and similar in shape to my right pec. Overall, Lucas is the only person to see if you are having any pain in your body or simply want to improve your mobility. He is not only extremely skilled but he is also very personable and easy to talk and work with. Show more
