Never coming here again. I asked for a simple hair cut, to give me normal bangs with a small frame and a a one color dye to black hair from dark brown... hair.. I look like i have bowl cut in the front with her poor framing method. So disappointed. She also over charged me for the permanent hair dye because she said since she dyed my entire hair that the 40.00 hair dye is only for the roots… but that isn’t specified in the listing and makes no sense as that’s ridiculously expensive for a root touch up… and my hair isn’t blonde.. so how? i’m already paying 200+ for a keratin treatment. and on top of it all i got to the shop at 1237PM and left at 420pm. I was inherently annoyed as my hair is thin and not hard to do at all. she did not bother explain my hair care after my keratin treatment either. Should’ve paid a little more else i guess you get what you pay for Show more
