Booked an appointment for my daughters first silk press. She was super excited, only to be crushed when we arrived and the salon was closed when our a...ppointment time was 11am. It was the day after July 4th, so professionalism gets a break I guess. I communicated with the owner and she tried to fix the issue but we had a whole day planned out so I had to cancel. She was gracious enough to refund me the prepayment charge. I should have booked my appointment directly with her. I’m rating two stars solely from my experience with the owner. Very gracious & professional considering the circumstance. Hopefully she’ll speak to her stylist about business etiquette. Show more

I wanted to accommodate but a family member was seriously sick all day long. Im terribly sorry for disappointing the little one.
