unfortunately wasn’t satisfied with my hair, i also had to wait entirely too long after my appointment time to even get started, had a whole client wh...o wasn’t even started when i walked in for my appointment. an extra wash and blow dry fee was added when i was at my appointment when on the site it states its free and is included in every service but clearly isn’t. overall my appointment time was set for 9:30 am and i didn’t leave the shop until 2pm and i only booked for a quick weave, very dissatisfied. Firstly I do apologize for the 30min wait before you got started & you not being satisfied with your service which you could've made me aware of when I asked if you liked it. l say please speak on the whole truth. Due to your hair being dry after you had braids in for a while I gave you a complementary deep conditioning for proper hair care which you were made aware of before I proceeded. Two you did not select wash & dry, you even showed me your confirmation email did not have it on there. Yes while it is free I do ask PER MY POLICY, which you can find under details, to add it in for times sake. I even stated and I quote “I’ll take your word for it that you did add it on don’t worry about it” and you proceeded to ask "how much is it?”. Lastly while my previous client WAS started the finishing duration did extend due to factors out of my control , even with that I give you fair warning PER my policy exactly .................... "Times listed are AVERAGE timing, head size and density may affect the time Wash & Dry is provided w/every service, but be sure to click ADD ON *If there is any service that you need DAY OF and it's not accounted for during scheduling you will be be charged an additional Service Fee*”.
