Hello Brian im so sorry for your experience with my service but your appointment was originally at 5:40 pm and you showed up 20 minutes late on a Friday evening, I never take late appointments that exceed 10 minutes (grace period) because you’re not the only client I have. I took you in as a courtesy because you were a first time client and I made an exception. I was on my watch pushing all of my clients I have after you 20 minutes because you couldn’t show up on time. Once again I’m sorry but I also personally reached out to you so I can make up the service. Also next time include in the review that I gave you a nice haircut and had to take down your beard 4 different times because you couldn’t make up your mind on how short you wanted it.
