So I suggest getting a relaxer 2 -3 weeks prior to appointment. If you are natural I wouldn’t recommend booking this service. With proper maintenance this style can last up to 4-6wks+ . Must have Hair long enough to put into ponytail (4inches or more). Basic styling included. Shampoo and blow dry is included.

Update: Does anybody know where u can go to a salon they mess up your style AND your wig only get and get some of your money back??? Right thing to do... is give a person a full refund. I had a pictures below to where I sent her a video of what the week look like when I took it off and asked her to give me my money back. Also, you will notice that the screenshots agree because I was blocked. Furthermore sent her emails that she never to. She didn’t do the wig install right one day. I came back the next day because she said she could fix it. It still wasn’t right. The next morning the side was coming up. She promised to give my money back and she didn’t. She cut ALL THE LACE off. This was a full wig. I had to take it off after start coming up The following day at the second appointment. I haven’t heard from her very disappointed. Just look at this wig. Now she’s avoiding me. In the back and the sides there’s absolutely no lace she cut off every bit of lace there and the wig would not stay. She told me she knew how to do full lace wig installs and it’s ruined. I can’t wear it as a lease ever again this is a $300 wig. I pay her $138 for NOTHING. All I gotta return was glue stuck all around my neck and a $300 ruined wig. Ebony do you think that I care that this is your business? What about my money you took $138 from me and you ruined a $300 wig! What about that you sent me 29 stinking dollars back which is nothing compared to what I paid for service that came down after day one then you call yourself fixing a day to, and it still came down because you cut off all the lace that’s OK I’m taking you to small claims. Admit you scammed me and you ruined my wig.! I’m the dummy though, because I could tell after that you had no idea what to do with a full wig. You are dishonest, but You REAP what you SOW. I see you still telling lies and talking on this review so as long as you do, I will too. You sent me $40 now do you want me to update that, so you can send me $69 for a hairdo that didn’t last two days! I came back two days in a row to get it fixed and you couldn’t fix it you defrauded me, you kept my money and you messed up my wig, there’s no lace on it then you lied while you were doing my hair saying “they didn’t have enough lace on here.” This was a FULL wig, uncut there was plenty! But you cut it off because you didn’t know what you were doing. you took my money because obviously you needed it. You can’t sorry your way out of that type of issue. I paid you $138, That’s what you should’ve gave me back! Now you try to hand me some flimsy $29 payment then a week later $40. That’s nothing compared to what you owe me. I paid you $138 and that’s what you should’ve gave me back! I paid you in full and now I have NOTHING to show for it except a messed up wig! Where do they give money for NO service! I’m not paying you just to sit there I’m paying you to do my hair correctly and you admitted it wasn’t right. That’s After I told you what happened to me with this wig previously and another hairstylist, and the money I had paid, and you STILL decided to take advantage of me. YOU ARE WRONG, TOTALLY AND YOU KNOW IT! you can keep responding here so new clients wont think bad of u. But they should beware. You don’t think of the client you think of YOURSELF. if you had been thinking of me, you would’ve told me “I don’t even know how to handle this wig”, but you couldnt because you had cut all the lace off in the back and didn’t tell me. I didn’t know until I took the wig off the next day. You SCAMMED ME. FURTHERMORE, WHY DO YOU SAY I’M TRYING TO TAKE IT OUT ON YOU, I’ve got my money back from everybody but you! I've contacted you, I’ve sent you back money via zelle, right after you messaged me initially a few days ago about this issue and I never received a response afterwards. I understand that you are dissatisfied with ur service on 5/17 but some of the false statements aren't necessary.UPDATED: You stated I didn’t send you any money back but then doubled back and said I sent 29 dollars? Which I actually sent you 69 in total. (I have proof of the 29 sent via zelle 5/18 and 40 sent out my account 5/19)That was hlf of the service I sent to you. I still gave you a braid down and then customization service to ur wig (bleached knots) I charged you only for those services. I think your deflecting your anger on me and my business because you’re out of a lot of money but it's not because of me. You initially wasn’t sent a wig you said you paid money for from Etsy and allegedly you said a stylist before me took ur deposit, I was told by you they didnt send you anything back. I sent you money back the day you asked me to send SOME of your money back as you stated in the text messages I have. You have gotten your funds back for the services that weren't successful. Again my apologies this just didn’t work out for you and inconvenienced you but like I said I tried my best to accommodate you on my behalf.

Eboney was thorough with my wash, condition and blow dry. I’m tender headed and she did not braid too tight. It’s been 3 weeks and my braid down is still holding on!
