Good afternoon, Melanie. I apologize for not being able to accommodate your booking request due to my failure to respond. When using Booksy, you have the ability to view my availability. Furthermore, I had communicated to you over the phone that I am available throughout the entire day today, so please feel free to schedule at your convenience, as I was not available to assist you yesterday. Unfortunately, you had called me during my break, and despite declining your first call as I was actively engaged with ordering food, I answered your second call assuming it was of utmost importance. Regrettably, I was not given sufficient time to reply to your message. Additionally, you texted me at 9:50 PM, a time during which I am not working or responding to clients, and followed up with a "nevermind" message at 8:16 AM. Consequently, I refrained from responding, assuming you had found another hairdresser for your braiding needs. It is important for people to recognize that hairstylists, like ourselves, also have personal lives. It seems that some individuals have an excessive amount of free time and choose to leave unfavorable reviews without valid reasons.

I can't lie she's really only the second braider ever I've been to and I will only go to her now she's already done my hair about 6 times , she always... has availability through out the week and she NEVER fails to do my hair the right way and ON TOP OF THAT she will finish my hair in no more than 30-45 mins, best braider out there you gotta book with her if you haven't don't hesitate it will be worth it!!!!!
