My hair is STICKY, smells weird, and my roots are puffy. Went for a retwist and will have to end up redoing it myself. I left with my hair wet she did...n’t have me sit under the dryer. She used GOT 2 BE holding spray on LOCS…. That’s a no no. I can already feel the build up coming with the amount of product she used. From the wash to the twist it was just a bad experience. I’m so upset with how my hair came out. I won’t be going back. Show more

In your case a crochet retwist will be better to protect your growth, you did choose a comb retwist, i did also explain you the why you have some puffy it's because I didn't use a lot of gel to avoids build up. I am a home based business not a fancy salon and of course I don’t have all the installation that you probably expect I do understand that part. I used a gel, oil , mousse and 2 sprays on your locs. Everybody has the right to refuse the use of any kind of product. You had the right to tell me that you don't need a product and you didn't, I can't read in client mind . I appreciate your honesty and I will work on that. Happy holidays!!!
