Worst experience at a salon for my mother. Firstly, her appointment was booked from 12:30-2:40pm. She was assisting 3 more people in between, left my ...mother in with the dye for an hour and an additional 30mins with a “conditioner” which caused my mom’s scalp to burn. She told her no I can’t execute that when her hair was lighter than a black and left her with different tones in her hair and the hair cut was completely uneven from the bangs, throughout. I would not book with Reyna again. She didn’t even complete the blow dry that was added in the service and told my mother to come back tomorrow at 4pm to put a “shampoo” to lighten her hair and finish the services. We won’t be going back. Book with someone else like Yesenia who actually uses the appointment time services for you specifically and not put you aside without dedicating the time for you. This was an unprofessional and emotionally distressed experience. Save your money and book with a true professional. Show more
