Shauntier did the step treatment on my daughter (10 years old). It was a lifesaver!!!!! We ended up putting two strand twists back in about a week aft...er our appointment. Two weeks later we took down the style to get ready for wash day. We got them out in record time and wash, dry and retwist was fast too. Her hair is like butter!!! She loves it and so do I. No more screaming with take downs or hair day. We will be back!!!!! Show more
