Mi...mi made be feel very comfortable, she provided snacks and beverages. She inquired what kind of music I like and played it. Mimi does not braid tight(thank god). Communication is where you lack … since you posted my daughter I’ll just sit back and enjoy it I hope she gives you the clout you so desperately need ...since you just still had to post her but yet complaining about how long it took to do her hair which is funny to me . Not once in the video do you see her acting out but yet she’s not 4 years old lol because a complete stranger can really sit there and tell another mother she’s lying about her child’s age very sad. Your work may be good but your attitude and professionalism is weak and disgusting you should probably work on that . Now I specifically said I appreciated how it came out despite knowing my sister helped you basically do her hair at that when you’re the HAIRSTYLIST. But go head keep this little victim act you wanna put on for your fake fans on here . And just for your stupid lack of a brain this wasn’t over a funky $20 fee it’s the fact that you didn’t communicate with me about what extra was being done to my child’s hair before you did it what if I didn’t want anything extra being done “hence” you probably wouldn’t have took so long doing her since that was an issue for you and again even tho you had my sister who does not do hair help you . I was respectful and professional with you gave you props on your work and you weren’t professional hell you moved our appointment because you were still probably doing someone’s hair and yet you complain you get back cramps from doing a child’s head please . And remember there’s more hairstylists out there with more professionalism and actually care about their clients so I don’t feel I took a lost with you 🤷🏽‍♀️and also I paid you $45 towards the service that should’ve been deducted according to your booking site and you still wanted more money out of me never again Show more

Hello Kiya, Unfortunately, you can’t please everyone no matter how much one tries. You can tell from my reviews that I really do try. Your daughter didn't look 4years old but I apologize if I'm wrong because she needed diaper change and still babbled in baby phrases. I was accommodating and professional as always and yes, appointment took an hour and half longer and I explained why to you and your sister but you both decided to act out and be disrespectful over this $20 difference as a result of the extra time. About the video, it is written clearly on my policy that videos of style will be taken during the appointment and you have the right to demand that your face isn’t included. I asked again for consent before I proceeded to film which your sister gave whole heartedly and even helped film some. Now you both got upset at the end of the appointmentt over $20, totally disregarding all the work that was done, became rude and demanded that I do not post videos of my work, unfortunately I informed that my work had to be shared albeit without her face. 50+ people wouldn’t lie about my professionalism. Also calling me stupid just goes to show the type of person you are. It’s also good that you can tell from the video how I was really good with the baby and did everything to make sure she was comfortable. And when she got fussy, I was accommodating. How did your sister help do her hair, by holding up her tablet or handing me the beads? I am sorry I was unable to satisfy you.
