As a parent, finding a new bar...ber for my son was a priority after his original barber relocated, and the timing couldn't have been more crucial with school pictures approaching. My first encounter with Nathan was through my work, where I discovered his profession as a barber. Despite initially thinking he worked elsewhere, Nathan kindly mentioned that he works at The Cutlery. This chance meeting led me to book an appointment for my son with Nathan, based on a strong gut feeling that he would be the perfect fit. On the day of the appointment, my son arrived at the barbershop without me, as I was at work. Being the shy type, my son was understandably nervous about meeting a new barber. However, Nathan's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put my son at ease. Throughout the haircut, my son couldn't stop praising Nathan's friendly nature and how effortlessly they connected during the conversation. Nathan's attentive listening skills and genuine interest in understanding my son's haircut preferences truly impressed me. His ability to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for my son speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication to his craft.
