This 5 stars is for Neena! I have been bringing my daughter in for months now to get her knotless braids done and Neena is the reason why we continue... to come back. The pricing is significantly reasonable considering other shops that provide the same service. Neena does great braiding every time - always looks extremely neat, is great with time management (who does knotless braids in 3.5 hours?!?), very friendly and professional and the braids last each time over 2 months (with washes & oiling of the scalp at home and wrapping at night). Yesterday was one of the worst appointments ever. I booked my daughter for a retwist of her locs. 1) Our hairdresser was over a hour late 2) it was fo...r a retwist with style but she did an interloc with no style she looked like Medusa. 3) the site quoted 75$ but I was charged 95$. When I complained about how it looked she offered to style it which took less than 10 minutes and it was horrible also. My daughter was going to prom and there was no fixing it, so I had to beg a former stylist to help fix the problem so that my daughter could go to Prom without crying. We will never come back This hair stylist ruined it for me Show more
