She was almost 2 hours late, failed to properly communicate, made me drive from the salon to her house and then back to the salon again (almost an hou...r of driving) and pretty much told me she would give me a sizeable discount only for it to be $10. The service was $90. She also did not have all the things needed to execute the service as well. This was after I had called her multiple times to confirm. Overall, the appointment was completed but it definitely was not worth that much of a hassle and the fact I was still charged almost the entire amount is outrageous. Show more

Your appointment was on February 3rd 2023, this was During the storm in my area, the road was bad, power was out for over 5 days already prior to your appointment, everyone in Austin and it's environment experienced this critical condition, I explained the situation to you at first, but you insisted on getting it done asap, I'm so sorry about that.
