Eyelash extensions need deposit

First of all I don’t know why I’m getting asked to do a review when i didn’t get any services done because i didn’t put down a deposit which I found n...o where, where I could do that on this app. Secondly Roxxy or whatever her name is was rude about it when I went in after the appointment was confirmed but she claims it wasn’t because i didn’t put down the deposit yet I’m getting asked to do a review after supposedly getting services done which i didn’t and after how rude she was I’m glad i didn’t and I would never go to this salon for any services. I am sorry that you are having many problems with our deposit policies but we have experienced many cancellations for not securing spaces but we always ask for a deposit from new clients if there is no deposit there is no appointment. Even so, I appreciate your review because it helps me so that my future clients can know what they should schedule with a prior deposit. Blessings
