One of the braids in th...e front has her natural hair coming through, the braids aren’t braided all the way to the ends, my daughter wanted beads(which I can do myself) but with the hair not being braided to the ends, not sure if I would be back. They always do a good job, but the time it takes to finish is just inconsistent for the same style. Sometimes it takes 2.5 hours sometimes 5.5 hours. ...Sometimes they start, do 1/4 but then stop to do someone else’s then come back. I just never know how much time it will really take. This my second time getting services from JoJo’s since moving to the Fayetteville area. The shop is clean, welcoming, and they wasting no time gettin...g started on me even with a shop full of people, I didn’t have to wait too long before more help and extra braiders came in to tackle the clientele for holiday season. The ladies are very pleasant and accommodating as I brought in a lot of items prepping for a long day lol. I got medium boho braids done. Two people eventually got on my head, so I was in at 8am, in the chair by 8:30, and done by noon. I will definitely be back for a new style in a month or two :) Show more

The first braider was fast and neat! The second braider was very slow and needed 3 others to help finish my hair. I also was charged an additional $20... for mixing hair when I have been getting charged $5 previously. It also isn’t listed anywhere on the site that it would cost $20. Also, the first braider told them my exact color that I used at my last appt and others took it upon themselves to go mix 3 colors together that was not I originally picked. Overall, i love my braids and the service provided by the first braider and will always return. Show more

My experience at Jojo's was wonderful. I was running late and they still accommodated me which I greatly appreciated. My style was small knotless, mid...-back length and my braids are honestly perfect. On top of that, there were three ladies braiding my hair so I was out in like 4 hours I think. Going forward, I will only come to Jojo's for my braid styles! Show more

They do a really great job when it comes to getting certain styles you want. Prices are reasonable and they are pretty good about getting you finished... but not until you are satisfied. Jo Jo is really nice and makes sure you are taken care of appropriately. Definitely recommend them. Show more

Great work, amazing work as usual. But during the trimming part at the end she trimmed too high up the braid and cut some of the braid which is mixed ...with my actual hair. So she cut my hair essentially. So I’d say next time, if there’s a next time, I would make sure that the trimming is below the shoulder only or I’d just tell them not to trim my hair at all.
