You always educate me on how to maintain my hair and has never been a scissor happy and only trim what’s needed. I couldn’t ask for a more amazing stylist. Last Thursday I had an appointment with LA Plugg Extension, and I asked for a quick weave. The result was very disappointing to say the least. I showe...d up for my appointment around noon and it was supposed to be done by 2:30 but I didn’t leave till 5pm. After driving 1 hour back home I noticed my tracks were coming up, the cap was showing, and the “invisible part” was visible. I proceed to ask Felicia how to fix my hair by myself since I would not be able to drive all the way back that week since I was busy with work and school. I was offered another style, but I would have to pay the difference, when I asked to just receive a list of items and I would repair my hair myself I received no response. I also received no refund, additional options, or apologies. The next day my hair proceeded to fall out by the boatload till I decided to finally take everything out. I was more than patient with this hairstylist, but I do not appreciate the poor job done to my hair and the terrible customer service I received. This was my experience, and I will not be back. "I would like to start by saying I don't appreciate this comment you made more personal then business." Let's start with your arrival. You arrived with no hair. So your service did not start on time. You went to get hair and food. Also you added a service during your appointment. ( which adds time) . The  service that you booked for was a quick weave and shampoo. Your service was done with great customer service and I was informative with you due to you not having your hair done since summer last year. As far as a refund. I have a no refund policy I'm not sure of what service your used to in this industry to think you would get a refund. After you made me aware of your issue I tried to work something out with you. At that time you were making it seem as if you just could not find any time in your schedule. Therefore that falls on you. I did not respond to your message with items you could have brought because i already communicated the only item you could have brought for your service would have been glue, as quick as a quick weave goes in it comes out it is glue. And as far as your service running over. Keep in mind how you came to me at the time of your appointment. Also adding a service of a braid down which I did not charge you for. ( keep in mind the length of your natural hair was short itself) ** let's also be clear that you did not originally contact me with your issue. You had another person call me on behalf of you. ** This could have been handled differently.
