Hi Sheri. I apologize that you booked an appointment with me and I was not there. Today is actually an off day for me and your 1:30 slot that was booked was open by mistake as this is a holiday weekend I take off normally. I or the booksy system simply left this one hour open when it should have been closed for booking and again I apologize. There was no other slot open for today at all as you saw that as well. Information shows that you booked the appointment last minute within the hour and a half, so when I had checked my schedule before starting my day I had no scheduled appointments. I’m sorry for your inconvenience but thank you for your review.
