Firstly, I acknowledge my tardiness to the appointment. It was a result of a scheduling error on my part. However, upon arrival, I knocked on the door... and waited outside for approximately 10 minutes in the cold, assuming there might have been a delay. Concerned, I attempted to contact Hayaa through a phone call and via Instagram message. It was during this time that I observed another client arriving and being let in promptly. After another attempt at knocking on the door, Hayaa finally answered and informed me that my appointment was scheduled for 1:15 instead of the 1:30 time I had in mind. I understand this was my mistake. However, I would appreciate it if we could discuss a potential rescheduling option or if you could kindly explain the reason for not acknowledging my presence earlier. But I received nothing but "your appointment was at 1:15" and a blank stare as I stood outside the door. Given this experience, I must express my extreme disappointment with the level of professionalism and customer service extended during my visit. As someone who values supporting local businesses, particularly those owned by young, black, Muslim entrepreneurs, it saddens me to come to the decision that I will be taking my future business elsewhere due to these issues and the lack of respect shown to clients. I did not hear or see you at the door maybe due to me using the restroome or praying. My client that came in was there at her scheduled time and I couldn't push her back to accommodate you. I do my best to be respectful of my clients time .
