The Booksy system was not working - so they could not see my reservation - however the staff were polite, welcoming and attentive. I was admittedly... surprised by the condition of the spa chairs ( torn and not automated) . The quality of my pedicure was good, the reflexology massage just ok- I do not think the staff really has been trained in the art of reflexology- he missed many foot and leg pressure points - it was basically a nice massage- but not worth the $50 I was charged. I do also appreciate that the same staff person caught a over charge I had not noticed and immediately refunded me. Show more

The nail salon is by far the best I’ve ever gone to. They are polite, fast, and extremely good at what they do. What I liked best is you don’t have to... sit with your feet under a dryer for 30 minutes. They massage your legs and feet while the paint dries. It’s wonderful! Don’t waste your time and money on other nail salons. This is the place to be! Show more

I just had a gel manicure there and I had an awful experience. The customer service is bad: staff is not friendly, not detailed and seemed to be in a ...rush. There were many chairs available and I was getting the service at the entrance at a plain table. I had to request to be seated on the comfortable chairs with the rest of the customers. Show more
Amazing! This Salon is unique. We love the fabulous chairs and the manicurists are terrific. Love Kevin. We book Mani Pedis every once in awhile here ...and leave on Cloud 9. Great atmosphere...great selection polishes.. and cannot wait to return. Show more
Quite disappointed with my pedicure. I purchased a 60 minute service and received only 40 minutes. It was a very rushed appointment. Would not return ...based on my experience. Show more

Wow! I'm so happy we found this place, definitely our new go to! My husband and I went for date night to get manicures and it was the best experience ...I've ever had. Massage chairs, relaxing music, and I felt comfortable enough to just close my eyes and enjoy the experience. We will be returning! Show more

soooooo awful DO NOT GET service by the GUY. Summary: Bleeding experiences on my three fingers. When I went there, the man asked me types of services ...and recommended me dip powder. I asked caution a lot a lot cuz my skin is so thin, so my finger could bleed. But…… he didnt care about it at all and didn’t know how to control power on his fingers and hands. Soooo painful. And I got three fingers bleeding at the end.... Even though that awful service, he asked for me tip very proudly. I don't get it why he is working at the service industry. You know what? He didn't say sorry ever!!!!!!! Show more
If I could have given no stars, I would have. The experience I had today was so awful and embarrassing I will NEVER go back. Today I brought a friend ...with hopes of a relaxing day. When we arrived we were seated and two people began the services my friend chose. Though out the process they continued to try to up sell her even though we stated numerous times that she only wanted the basic package with gel and dip polish. Later when it came time for my manicure I chose a dip polish. The man who came to do my manicure only asked if what color I wanted but didn't attempt to speak to me any further. Although I don't look Vietnamese, I am mixed and though out the manicure not only did I hear him complaining about my choice for a dip polish French manicure he called fat me thinking I couldn't understand Vietnamese! What kind of person she's poorly about their customers in front of their face! After a subpar paint job on my nails he quickly packed his kit and moved on. When I asked what happened to the cleaning of the nails, soaking, or massage I was told that a "dip polish manicure" only included paint! I asked about the massage and was told that no massage was included with my $50 manicure! This was a complete lie since I just been there a few weeks earlier on January 26th! Not wanting to make a scene I paid for my overpriced "paint job" and left. I later had my husband call to verify what a dip manicure included and he was told a five minute massage was part of the process. When I called back the woman who answered the phone continued to lie and back pedal changing her story numerous times and offering no apologies. I have been to Pure organic in Pleasanton pre pandemic and was pleased with the service, however that is not the case with the Danville location. I had received a manicure pedicure with a friend last month. She chose the dip polish for her manicure and received a massage, be it a short one and decent service. I will NEVER be back and would no recommend unless you want an overpriced, uneven "paint job," not a manicure. Show more

Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly workers.. The owner katie very attentive to her customers she make sure that everyone is very comfortable while ...waiting to be service.. They also take last minute and walk in.. I highly recommend pure organic nail salon 💅 I’ve been going to this shop since they open.. Shop is very well maintain excellent in cleanliness even Before the pandemic started. I recommend Tony and his wife Tammy this couple do a phenomenal work. Katie the owner does excellent work as well, so if your looking for Good nail salon 💅 stop by Pure organic they have 2 locations Danville And Pleasanton.. Show more
