Nice lady but cannot cut black hair. Went for a regular cut, 1 with the grain all around. Everything was going smooth until, she lined me up. I ended ...up with my hairline pushed backed, with an uneven line. Hairline looks like it’s frowning. Safe to say I prob won’t be booking again, def wasn’t happy. Thanks for the cut I guess 🤷🏾‍♂️. Unfortunately, the response you gave me doesn’t make sense. As I have my haircut all the time with no issue in regards to the “sides ” of my hair. A regular shape up is all I wanted, and if you are familiar with my type of hair shouldn’t have been an issue. However, thank you for your time today. Show more

Paul I am very sorry for your negative experience, on two occasions I insisted that I did not have enough hair in the corner and it was better natural. However, you insisted on a straight line without regard for his hair. Most of my clients have your hair type and their comments, as you can see, are very positive. But I understand and respect your assessment. Again, I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. I proceeded to reimburse you the part that corresponded to me, Since Booksy automatically takes 30%.
