Was looking for a loctician for my son. Found Ny and went to set up a consultation, within 10 mins of booking I received a call from her. She's extrem...ely polite, professional and courteous. She set up a video consultation with my son for later that day. She was timely and again professional. After, consultation, she answered our questions confidently. My son is tender headed and she assured him that was not a problem. Appointment was then booked for 9am that Sun. She was on time waiting for us, introduced herself again to my son Kah and I, gave us a brief tour of shop. Shop was clean and warm atmosphere. She immediately started working by 9:05, she let us know what she was doing from shampoo and conditioning to a steam treatment, which my son loved. She started his retwist and besides a few clients calling she didn't stop. Work is neat, quick and thorough. I have no complaints and neither does my son. We finally found a reliable loctician. Her prices are reasonable and she works fast. I would and will highly recommend her. Mom and son approved. She checked off every block we were looking for. Thank you Ny!!! Show more

Good at what she dose but if your wanting to have a client loctician relationship I would suggest someone els. Doesn’t communicate details of appointm...ents. If she booked you for a squeezing in she won’t communicate that and if she tells you she has availability and that she will book you.
