If I could give zero I would. Not only was she late, on the phone the entire time she did my hair but she jacked up my hair. My looked like a wig whic...h I stated in the chair that I wanted a normal look. She agreed to refund my money and won’t. She’s stating it was sent via Venmo or Zelle (it never happened, I have yet to see a receipt of the payment). Very unprofessional. My appointment was 4/13/2023 at 7 AM she showed up at 7:45 AM. Thank goodness for Erika showing up because I would still been in cold waiting on her. Show more
