I could tell my son was feeling shy at firs...t but Cruz did a great job at making him feel comfortable, confident & safe to speak up if he needed. He was extremely efficient. Talented barber, does a good job, but cancels booked appointments the same day of the appointment when they are booked a month in advance. I usually t...ip 40% hoping to avoid this situation. Problem is, most good barbers are booked 4-5 days out so I'll have to wait a week until I can get my hair and beard cut. Show more
