I love my son's hair. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because i had to pay extra for his hair to be washed. The description of what is and/or is...n't included would have been nice. That way i could have planned my add in services in advance. Other than that Ms. Nelly communicated well and my said it didn't hurt while she did his hair. Show more
