When I arrived, I thought I would be in a suite that the person rents alone, but there was another person working on somebody’s hair in the room at th...e same time. I was told I was going to sit in the chair and have the pillow under my head, which was an airplane pillow. This was just the beginning of me being extremely uncomfortable. This is my first time having eyelash extensions, and did not know what to expect, but as I am sitting there, unable to open my eyes, my eye is burning worse than any other pain that I’ve ever experience, which includes childbirth. The only reason why I’m writing that review is in hope this doesn’t happen to any other person in her chair. My eyes was red and irritated until late Sunday night, and she told me that it could’ve been because of the tape under my eye and fumes getting into my eyes. The lashes seem to be cheap quality and I’m having them removed so I can start a new set with somebody who specializes in eyelash extensions. Show more

Hi Kathleen, we apologize if you feel you had a poor experience. Upon arrival, we did a thorough consultation of what to expect from beginning to end. I also explained that my chair is a reclining chair & offered a neck pillow as it adds more support. I also asked throughout the service if you were okay, and it was reassured to me that you were. I also adjusted the eye pad for better comfort. Had it been verbalized that you were in any discomfort during your service, I would have made the necessary adjustments. As far as products, I specialize in a top quality lash brand called LLBA Professional. As I do with all clients, I reiterated you are welcome to contact me if there are any further questions or concerns. I will reach out to you for further feedback.
