hello , I am on here to give a honest review! so I want to start off by saying I love you as a person but not as my hair stylist and it has nothing to... do with her work! it has to do with never being on time and never responding! she’s always at least twenty minutes late and she never respondes but she steady posting selfies and her work. and I always let that stuff slide but honestly from what happen today/last week I can not anymore! so last week I had an appointment set for a touch up and hair style which I had set up a week prior to my appointment through her app. so the day comes I leave get us our Starbucks all that and I’m about five minutes away when I go to test her cuz again she ain’t responding to none of my messages and I see she posted something on her story. so ofc I open it and it’s a ss of my appointment asking who’s it was. so I slide up say me atp I’m five min away I leave 30 min early because of where I live and I get us Starbucks. but she responded saying she’s canceling the appointment my name isn’t on it woo woo but it never asked for my name when I was setting up the appointment and she said she canceled it but it didn’t send me a notification because I didn’t have an email attached to it either. so I showed her the emails that the app has sent me because I do have my email attached to it. she said her app always having issues and we settled on me coming back next week (which would be today) for a removal. but she never tells me the time and she never responded so I pull up today at ten in the morning then 10:30 hits she still not answering my phone calls texts not even the owners calls! so the owner told me to get my deposit back and go to someone else that she always gets these types of complaints! so she texts me back about a hour in a half later claiming she over slept so I ask for my deposit back she says she’ll send it back and that was hours ago and she left me on seen!!! she know I have two kids and I work until 1 in the morning. It’s hard for me to get baby sitting , I drive 25 mins to get to her and I only get six hours of sleep in. she don’t care about your time! she don’t respect it! so keep that in mind while booking she’ll always be at least twenty minutes late and she never responds so get all the questions out the way within the first text! she has a kid but she isn’t a single parent she posted she has a hard time responding because of that y’all she called her mama to pick up her daughter in the middle of my appointment because she kept crying and that day my appointment lasted seven hours! to dye two money pieces blond and install some hair! it’s a waste of time when you can find someone more professional and better with time! this isn’t to be rude or nothing I love this girl so much as a person but definitely not as my hair stylist. my last appointment too with the money pieces and install I really didn’t like my hair at all like I said she had her daughter with and she was crying a lot of the time that day while she was bleaching my hair so it came patching and the owner said it looked over done! there are certain things you can’t just leave while you take care of another person or child. She also cut the hair and girl this hair cut isn’t it ima leave some pictures I’m crying because she cut my real hair too and now I’m scared to get this hair taken out and see how it looks. so I definitely wouldn’t let her cut y’all hair! but yeah I’m just going to leave that at that and hope I get my deposit back since she isn’t touching my hair anymore and keep not showing up to appointments that are set. take care. Love her to the moon and back! I’ve seen her amazing work on social media! I think it was just my bad luck, but the blonde human hair she dyed black f...or me turned green and gray in the days following the appointment when I applied heat via curling iron. :( only disappointed that I paid more for hair that now needs to be removed soon. Some of my friends who do hair also pointed out that it looked like the weight and thickness of the extensions did not match my natural hair (even when straightened) , especially towards my frontal area. :( Show more

That so unfortunate, I dyed the hair with the same dye I dyed your hair with, I only suggested the human hair bc the synthetic would’ve been the worst option especiallyon for you that you have more curly hair. And I gave it to you for the most affordable price I have ever gave anyone. The color could’ve been a quick fix nothing for you to have to take it down

You had my address and chose not to show up for your appointment we confirmed this morning too RIDICULOUS. I put a deposit down just to show up and her not be at the shop to then getting my appointment pushed to the next day confirming mutiple times if that... was a good time to reschedule for her to ignore me both days and respond hour/days after wasted my time and gas I drove an hour. and never got my refund for her mistake I understand people have lives but so do I I booked a service and got scammed hopefully she doesn’t do business like this to anyone else. Please read all her 1 star reviews before booking because they are 100% accurate. My first experience with her was good but she was late to my appoint...ment. My second time booking i paid the deposit obviously but I had to reschedule and asked if she can do Sunday she said yes but charges an extra $30 and l'd have to pay her the remaining balance plus the $30 upfront. I agreed and sent her $90. $50 remaining fee $30 for the Sunday accommodation and $10 for the rescheduling fee. In total I paid $140. Sunday comes and we have the appointment scheduled at 9am she's messages me at 5am to come in at 9:30 instead. I wake up and see the message and I said ok and start heading there to arrive at 9:21 am I message her that I am here at the location and she messages me back stating that she will be late just like last time. I wait 15 min past my appointment time and she texts me that her Uber keeps canceling and that we'd pretty much have to reschedule.l asked for my refund and she stops responding. Monday comes and I text her again seeing if she's available after I get off work which is at 12:30 and she says she's available at 2 l get off work and get home by 1 and I message her and I get no response and my messages turn green.. I have an IPhone and she does too. Mind you,l phone messages are blue they turn green when you are blocked. I ask her again for my refund and no response. So I wrote a review yesterday about my situation with her and I gave her a one star, surprisingly enough after I post my review she messages me that I shouldn't have wrote that review and claims that her phone had died and she was busy. So you're a business woman and your phone dies at 12 and you don't respond to clients till 7:30pm? I responded by saying I erased the review in hopes of getting my refund back and guess what. No response again. Today message her again about getting a refund and my messages are green again and no response. I'm tired and upset and it's not fair that I paid so much to get nothing done. I'm a mother of 4 and I wanted to splurge on my self for once and I get robbed. In all honesty she'll book you and take you in the first time to get your trust then she'll steal your money the second booking. she is inconsiderate, late, and a thief. I am writing to share my recent experience regarding my scheduled appointment on 11/17/2023 at 10 am.   I fully a...ppreciate and respect the policies and procedures established within your salon. However, I wish to express my disappointment with the handling of my appointment.   Regrettably, I received a text notification at 9:58 am, just moments before my scheduled appointment time, indicating the need for a reschedule due to the lack of sent pictures within the specified 72-hour window. Despite my immediate efforts to accommodate this oversight by reaching out upon receipt of the message, having traveled an hour to reach the salon on time, I was informed that the appointment could not proceed.   While I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, the situation left me feeling undervalued as a client due to the unexpected reschedule and the inability to receive the service as planned.   Having adjusted my schedule and entrusted a deposit and an advance tip, I was disappointed to forgo the appointment due to the circumstances.   In providing this feedback, my intention is to contribute constructively to the enhancement of the client experience. I believe a simple courtesy reminder about the pre-appointment policy, such as sending pictures, could potentially prevent such situations from occurring in the future. Incorporating these reminders into your appointment confirmation process could greatly benefit your clients.   I hope this feedback is received with the aim of improving communication and clarity regarding appointment requirements. I do value all my clients feedback the most❤️. Since the situation the happened with your appointment, I have changed my confirmation process. It will be providing a note to check out my policy and safety process. Due to a few clients missing out on their appointment because of the policy not being “visible” enough. Although I was more then willing to proceed with your appointment and you were on a time crunch and couldn’t make it to the rescheduled time. I would love to work with you and the offer is always open. It was a lack of communication on both ends.
