Mr. Fry you knew the state of your sons hair when u brought him in. Damaged unmanaged hair does not color well with out burning and you saw his hair before you left the salon. I guarantee all my work sir. You had every opportunity to discuss the information I provided for you and make an informed decision about next steps for his service.
