She took her time in everything and didn’t rush one single thing! My hands usually hurts after I went to my old nail place but my hands don’t hurt at ...all and feels so soothing. I will for sure go back again when I’m able to!! She knows what she is doing and is super gentle and nice. Show more

Very unprofessional and has a lot to learn! She put charms on my nail when I wanted drawn butterflies! She assured me that they wouldn’t fall off and ...the popped off before my fathers funeral and she refused to fix! She does make up prices after the service is completed. She gave me a time and then stated she would be late! Which I have the texts! Trust me go somewhere else! As you can see she would rather argue and very incorrect information because the difference wasn’t $10 she added $25 to my prices after it was done! Still didn’t give me my change either! We had a time, she texted me to say I’m going to be late! I text to ask was she there then she stated I couldn’t get fixed don’t lie and I say I never showed up! Hey, sorry for the misunderstanding. Long nails with Rhinestones, encapsulations and nail art is more than a $10 add on. After giving me a hard time about the price I did offer the butterfly charms, as hand drawn nail art is more money, as it takes a little more time to do. You didn’t oppose to doing the charms instead of the art. I’m sorry for the butterflies coming off, but when we decided on a time to fix it I waited 20 minutes and you didn’t show up. Sorry things didn’t work out.
