My son booked an appointment for 10:45 today and when gets there I get an email saying luis changed it to 10:55am. 10 minutes ain’t a problem. But com...e to find out 10:55 wasn’t true my son waited till 11:20 to be seated. This not the first time we had a problem. The last time my son been here Luis cancelled his appointment 10mins prior to his appointment, and took the cancellation fee which we did not cancel. So we had to call him and he says oh you know what just come I’ll cut your hair. Show more
