My appointment wasn’t finished she canceled on my way to the appointment. I was 13 minutes from the hair salon. She apologized and offered to redo it ...the next day at 4pm. However , I work and Thursday i’m going out of town. So basically i’ll be wearing a pony tail to my trip because it was too late to book with someone else at 1pm today when i’ve had this appointment booked for 2-3 weeks already. Show more

Did not do what I asked. Gaslighted me and blocked me when I let her know. Super irritating, she couldn't understand why I would sit through it, and s...he had already made me late for everything. I'm a mother of two and had places to be and also dont like confrontation because I have anxiety. I was super understanding and didn't even care about it because I was just gonna book sooner to get it redone. Just wanted to get the understanding back that the style was nothing like what I ask for. Didn't want money back or anything, just understanding and nothing. She said it was my fault and she should've just declined my appointment. I didn't want anything from her, but I understanding so I know I can trust her for the future. So sad and irritating that I couldn't voice my opinions to her 👎🏽. Show more
