This was the worst appointment I have ever been to for my daughter. Not only does she start a hour late it took us 6 hours just to get a wash and silk... press. Then she took multiple breaks to the bathroom and cleaning up during are appointment.,and had 2 clients ahead of us when we got there. It was so unprofessional. I was very disappointed and my daughter cried and the hair did not come out well at all. I would never use this person again. Show more

Thanks for the review your daughter is not ready for a silk press.She cries alot and most stylist would not have done it.But I have great reviews 20 plus years clients .I am very professional and treated you with plenty of courtesy her hair was alot of work as you seen.I could not do a lot because I could barely do the roots and it's no trained and she kept crying. But thank you for your business so sorry it didn't work out.
