The Chattanooga beauty lounge is gorgeous, however, my side burns and edges weren’t included in the dying of my hair and I assumed a style came with i...t but I could’ve been wrong because the picture I showed was not the style that I received even after I asked if flexirod or twist would be better for the style. Update : kennisha called me the next business day and had me come in to fix my hair. She apologized for the miscommunication and was very professional. Styling didn’t come with color and that’s perfectly fine. I’ll definitely be back and updating my review to 4 stars! Show more

My hair appointment was at 12:05 on a Saturday but Kanesha didn’t touch my hair until 1:25. She was literally working on 4 heads at once. I was suppos...ed to have gotten my full head dyed with a blow out. I was so over the wait that I decided not to get my hair dyed and just go with the blow out. If I didn’t have a Christmas party to attend that night I would have cancelled the entire service. I hate the fact that when the client is late or cancels an appointment we get charged but when the stylist start on our heads over 30 minutes late we still get charged full price. I am only giving her two stars because when she was finally done the results were amazing. My time is just as important as the stylist and I felt like this was so inappropriate and she was inconsiderate of my time. Show more

Chattanooga Beauty Lounge does not charge for late fees we only charge cancelation fees if it's not within 24hrs prior to the appointment. Hopefully with you loving your results you would be willing to come back during our regular work week when the salon is much calmer. I would even be willing to give you 10 dollars off your next service. Thank you for your feedback.
