I’m highly upset with how today went . I had an appointment for small/medium knotless braids and my appointment was for 9:30/10:00am . Around 8 I text...ed and called the stylist to confirm this with her but she didn’t respond . Considering this has happened before I assumed that we would just meet eachother there like last time . I get to the salon a little after 9:30 and texted her again to let her know I was there . After about 20 minutes she responded saying that she couldn’t do my hair because she had errands to run and didn’t realize she overbooked . At first I wasn’t upset because I understand things happened so I asked her if she had anytime later on that day but she didn’t respond . I then asked her for part of the $80 deposit I sent to her last week and I was left on read . Show more

hey because you choose to send 80 for an original deposit on lrg knotless and i couldnt braid you bc you cut your hair short without letting me know i didnt charge you a new deposit I used the other 40 for the next scheduled appointment and we talked about you just paying the price of smed knot with the 80 dollar deduction to use the original deposit. and whenyou read the details they are non refundable. every appointment needs a deposit if you were to let me know a day before that you cut your hair short then I could’ve accommodated for a different style for the original date. yes, I apologize again that I rescheduled this week your 2nd apt but like I said, I’ve been busy and things got backed up, you can still get in for the same price (which means your getting 40 off smedium knotless) other than that deposits are not refundable

Awful …plain awful …shorty told me may hair would be similar to the pick I showed her …it was normal braids and plaits ….shorty put stitch braids in m...y shit …HIGHLY UPSET ….the service was AWFUL ….but I would try the other 2 stylist ….they look like they know what they are doing….not Bree Show more

hello Will! My apologies for your experience with me I wasn't aware that weren’t happy with the braids. The best results comes with in depth consultation/communication I also wasnt aware you didn’t want your braids stitched the reference photo was not a good angle for me to see the braids details. It is best to bring your concerns to my attention before leaving out so i can fix it immediately. again I apologize for your experience with me, hope to see you soon.
