I have been a client at Ritual since its inception (and before). I have always expressed my wants and needs, and have always had informative dialogue ...with my hair professional. Ellie has always listened intently to what I want to get done, looks at pictures that I bring in, and openly shares her thoughts and/or concerns with me. I have always ended up telling her to “do what you think is best“ and I have not once regretted it! As far as I am concerned, the prices are warranted considering the high-quality of services performed. I have friends who visit other salons with cheaper prices, and it shows! The atmosphere in the salon is both tranquil and lends itself to gentle conversation with Ellie and others in the Salon. Products used are high-quality and the latest technology. As long as Ritual exists, I will consider it my one-and-only Salon! Show more

There are not enough words to describe how talented and amazing Ellie is. I found Ellie’s work when I was looking for hair and makeup artists for our ...November wedding. I knew I wanted someone who did both hair and makeup so it felt more coherent. When looking through Ellie’s work, I was drawn to her simple, yet elegant makeup, and her gorgeously intricate hairstyles. What made Ellie even better, were her extremely fair prices. When I met with Ellie for my trial, her warm energy made me feel so at ease. She took my exact vision and made it come to life. On my wedding day, I had found a differently structured bun that she had done on another bride that I wanted instead of the bun we had done at my trial. She went above and beyond and made it look more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. All of my bridesmaids were obsessed with their hair and makeup and all of it held through the entire night. We had an early morning and Ellie was at my hotel at 5:45 ready to go. I was worried about our hair and makeup staying until 11:00 at night, but we all looked as good at 11pm as we did in the morning. I cannot recommend Ellie and her team enough. Show more

She was very personable and had great suggestions for my hair. I was attending a wedding and wanted something special, but also would stay in place since I would be outside.
