ACYLIC SOAK OFF GEL (No Chip) MANICURE

Kind of disappointed with my service, I went in for an acrylic soak off and gel manicure appointment. When I walked in it looked like they didn’t have... many customers and wanted to close early so she rushed my entire service. In between soaks, she forcefully pried off my acrylics instead of waiting for them to soften and drill them off. Gel application was uneven and not smooth, she didn’t apply carefully and didn’t cover my entire nail bed as she seemed rushed to get out of there. You can see from the picture she allowed gel polish to get on my skin and made me cure it like that, it burned…She ended up finishing 15 minutes before closing time. For such a simple service I’d expect more attention to detail, I would not recommend visiting. Show more

I have been coming here for a few months now and I have been super happy with Alina's work. She is the best! Dare I say a perfectionist? I was always ...trying new places, different people, and was never happy until I found Alina. She takes the time to get it right. I get the Japanese Gel and it lasts me usually about a month before I need a refill (currently going on week 5). I have also used Mindy for a pedicure as well - she did a great job and was super friendly. Overall everyone is welcoming and as long as Alina works here, I will continue coming here. Show more

Dont even get fool by the prizing on the website they will give you there own prizes at the end of service and include extra $$$ and they dont even me...ntion you until you are ready to pay and give you $$$ bill I rather go to place who are more honest about there prices and charge you for the service not something you didn’t get or they didn’t tell you just so they can charge you more along with tips i had three services i got two for the same price just very disappointing and look at the service i got very bad not even clean enough and even enough waste of money Show more

My daughter had a dipping powder service done on July 3rd with Anny. Less than a week the Polish was coming off. We call the shop on Saturday, July 8...th and was given a 10:00 am Sunday appointment. When we got to our appointments Anny was already with a client and we were told we had to wait. This isn’t acceptable given the fact were not late. I’ll think twice about making an appointment with this particular nail technician. That being said we decided to have another technician soak off my daughter’s nail since we had been sitting around for 25 minutes. No apology offered by Anny. Show more

This was my first at Paradise Nail Lounge and I really enjoyed the experience. The whole space is very relaxing and the staff are very friendly. I got... the overlay manicure (also a first) and it came out so pretty and natural. They were able to mix two colors to make it as close to my inspiration picture as possible. I will be coming back!
