I saw Jess regularly for a year without any issues. I’m not sure what happened this last time, but she completely botched my haircut. I did ask her fo...r a curly cut then asked her for something I could wear straight as well because I was transitioning. I ended up with extremely uneven cut and layers while also losing all my growth. I text Jess multiple times, included pictures and she didn’t have the decency to get back to me. Had to pay another stylist $100+ for a new haircut and I’m back where I started. If someone else could fix it… there’s no reason I should of left her salon like this. Unprofessional to say the least. Blown away! Jess is amazing!! Jess really listens to what you want and also adds in her artistic eye! She knows what she’s doing - so, trust the proce...ss! Went for a consult was told it would be $350. I was asked to put a $50 deposit, which I did. Was then charged $350 plus $70 for the hair cut upon fini...sh. Since $50 was a deposit, that should have come off the total; it did not. The price was high but I wanted to support a small business. The $50 that was the “deposit” is an additional cost and does not apply to the total which was not clearly communicated. Price was high and misleading. $470 for a cut/color is wildly expensive. Jess is awesome! She always gets my hair exactly right! The color lasts FOREVER! I last got it done in March and went in this last weekend - a full 5 ...months later - and the color still looked amazing, bright and vibrant (I get a bright emerald blue!). I wanted light pink hair, and I got exactly that. I had to bleach my whole head platinum in order to get the desired color. Jess was so chill and so n...ice. She was confident and chatty. I came in with some seriously problem hair. Ready to cut it off. After my first appointment Jess had me feeling confident enough to wear my hair down ...without static or grease with the proper products for my hair type. I've tried multiple hair stylists since I came to Colorado and none has been able to bleach my hair to the color I want and Jess got me there on the first try. Partial highlight/balayage

Sloppy at best. Left with no less than 10 spots/streaks missing color, people could see them and asked me why. Had to redo ALL THE COLOR myself. She ...muted the colors even though I specifically asked for bright twice. She quoted me 135 & tried to charge 320 saying it was a different service that I DID NOT ask for. I asked for a balayage refresh & she didn't even do that. She added in 14 highlights, didn't even touch the existing balayage. Scam artist used to clients who don't know any better. Show more
