Terrible experience!!!!!! I asked for medium should length twist, to wear in a bun or ponytail. 1at of all the didn't have my color of hair which was... a number 30 for some twist, so i seattle for the number 4, the lady get to to the middle of my head and say I ran out of hair ...what color do you want....huh??? We don't have anything in brown, so I settle for the 1b. She did half of the top right side and went to get the the burgundy pack of hair and didn't say anything, so i am watching her open the pack, then i said thats not black and she then said i have no more black... in return i said you gone have to find some or go to the store, she found some real quick!!!!. ...i eneded up with small stiff ass uneven ass twist, which i kept asking the lady to make bigger...I am too embarrassed to take a picture!!!!!!!!! I really hate my hair Show more

My hair came out super nice!! But the timing was sooo bad! I booked for Fulani braids and for them to be short because I work in the food industry and... was told it would take 3-4 hours well let me just say it took them 9 1/2 FREAKING HOURS to do my hair when no one has ever taken that long to do my hair. The person who was doing my hair seemed as if she didn’t know I was coming even tho the email said it was confirmed by her on top of partially through my hair she stopped to do someone else’s hair who just walked in and then another two peoples hair while she left someone else to finish my hair. And the worst part of it all was she wanted me to pay FULL PRICE for sitting in the chair for 9 1/2 hours while she did other people’s hair as well. I love my hair but I’ll never go back because it wasn’t worth it!! Show more

Was a bit confused about size... of braids and pricing at first but the owner helped me understand her braid style, length and size. Reasonable pricing, just make sure they provide hair for the style you want prior to booking. I would recommend these ladies. And will book with them again. Show more
