The first photo is less than 24 after my appointment, the second photo is less than 5 hours after my appointment. I called Sunday morning at 11:15 to ...come to get my nails fixed seeing as though I had an event. The owner Rosie told me “that they’re busy” to come tomorrow after I just paid $60 for a full set not even 24 hours prior. Once she realized how upset I was she then offered for me to come at 4pm which was after my event. This is the second fill I’ve had that my polish has chipped immediately after. But the customer service and tone in paying customers is what I’m most upset there. I’m a loyal customer and will not be back. Show more

Ashlee, as soon as we answered the phone you were screaming at us before we could get a word in. We were busy as we had full appointments with no ability to get you in. We have reduced staff on Sundays and someone called in sick. It was rude for you to think we should drop everything for you with your unhinged rant. I guess your expectation was for is to cancel an appointment to fit you in which I would never do. I wish you well and have a nice day.
