The atmosphere was awesome. The Stylists all had great energy, very professional and kind. Each client was given professional attention and detail. My... only issue was booking a service online and being charged 60.00 more than what was quoted on Booksy. I don’t know where the disconnect happened. Otherwise, the overall experience was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and learned a lot about hair and music. All of the Stylists were outstanding!! Show more

Hello thank you for your concerns… When you booked you booked crotchet braids.. Meaning the braids or twist to be crotchet. With an extra service to Shampoo conditioning and blow dry.., The crotchet you receive was the crotchet with loose hair strand by strand to be installed that was a different cost and it’s located on our site… and when booking online please refer to our price list carefully with the plus next to the prices it means and up…. The job you received was with care and quality…. But I’m glad you enjoyed your experience at our salon… hopefully we can do something about communicating better about the pricing so no one misunderstands on what’s going on… Thanks again and hope to see you soon
