Falon did my eyelash cluster extensions for a trip to Chicago. I loved them! They held up very nice and she was very patient and explained everything ...she was doing to me. They were put on in a fast professional time and she was very communicative with me about my appointment! She offers two different glues. I ended up going with the hair glue since I have sensitive eyes and the fumes are lower. I appreciate how much confidence the eyelashes gave me and they stayed on for over a week! They were low maintenance to take care of and never lost their shape! I Would recommend her to anybody looking to get lashes! Show more

You had 2 different options for glue... Your eyes are sensitiveAnd I so I went with what worked best for a person with sensitive watery eyes, anywho I simply responded to your request for a refill on the lashes in which I explained these are not the kind of lashes that are refilled. You stated you had 2 lashes that were in your eyes a day later after them being applied. And I stated if anything was poking you in your eye I would have fixed it, but you chose to pull them all off and ask for a refill. And in addition to this I was not done addressing the issue to resolve the situation, but please understand I am out of town and I am occupied with my family also please note you did contact me AFTER HOURS.
